Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Today, October 13th, was an unexpected rest and recovery day. My Mom was still recovering and I got sick last night from weird food, so we took our extra spare day today and recovered. We did a short hike in the morning and then we packed, rested, and slept the rest of the afternoon. It snowed today! During our afternoon tea, we looked outside and discovered it was snowing! It snowed 6 centimetres in total this afternoon. It's supposed to snow a lot in the next couple days... Hopefully we have good weather when we get to see Everest!
