The next day, October 7th, we trekked to Namche. It was a hard and tiring trek taking 7 hours to trek only 11 km. This was because most of the trek was uphill! We passed many beautiful sights along the way. We also crossed the highest suspension bridge in Nepal. Crossing the bridge was very thrilling as it was very windy and the bridge was above a rushing river! We finally made it to Namche at 4:30 pm. The village is approximately 3440 metres above sea level and curved and steep to fit the mountain side.
