The glacial lakes
Tomorrow we finally met up with Mom after 4 days without her.

Heading Down
Today, October 20, we trekked down below the tree level to Pangboche. We trekked a total of 18 km in 5 and a half hours. We stopped to check out a couple of very blue, glacial lakes near base camp. Around the lakes we saw some mountain cat and pika tracks. We got to our tea house around 4 pm, ate, played cards, and hung out.
