Ugh... Jet lag is horrible. We are all exhausted and the time change is really messing with us! Is was our first full in day in Kathmandu. We walked around the busy city streets and explored a place called Garden of Dreams. Later that day we met with Prakash, our guide, and Pradip, the director of our trekking trip, to go over details about the trip and sort out our gear. We also tried Dal Bhat for the first time when we had a cultural dinner with Prakash. Tomorrow we are going on a cultural tour of two religious temples in Kathmandu.
